The five steps in detail
Every order follows the same five steps, and you see the total before you commit to anything.
Step 1 — Choose your options
Pick your languages, your document type, and the number of pages. Then choose your delivery speed, validity period, and certification. The running total updates with every choice, and real arrival dates are shown against every speed — so you know the price and the date before you go any further.
Step 2 — Photograph your document
Front and back, with your phone camera or a scanner. Photos and PDFs up to 10MB are accepted. If a photo is too small to read, we flag it before you pay — not after.
Step 3 — Confirm and pay
You pay the same total you watched build — nothing is added at checkout.
Step 4 — We translate it
When you choose NAATI certified, your document is prepared by a NAATI-certified translator — the option recognised by Australian government agencies.
Step 5 — Delivered digitally
Your translation is sent to you wherever you are. Normal delivery takes 5–7 working days and is included. Urgent takes 24–48 hours and Priority takes 12–24 hours, each with its surcharge shown on the order page.

What to send
Four things make a translation quick and accurate. Have them ready and the rest takes minutes.
- Clear photos or scans of every page, front and back.
- Fill the frame and keep the text sharp — glare and shadows hide small print.
- The language the document is in, and where the translation will be used.
- Any instructions the receiving authority gave you about certification or formatting.
