Let’s translate your document
Seven quick questions, your price on screen the whole way, and nothing charged until you confirm.
Which languages?
Your name, email and phone
Your receipt and your finished translation are both emailed to this address.
We only call or text about your document — an unclear page, or how a name is spelt.
What are we translating?
How many pages?
Priced at $39.99 per page. A page is about 250 words. Count every side that carries text, a stamp or a seal; a licence is two pages, front and back.
Click here to read more about how pages are counted.
Count every side that carries text, a stamp or a seal. A licence card is two pages, front and back, and the order page sets that for you.
A page is also a measure of how much there is to translate and certify: about 250 words. Most documents sit well inside that. Where a side carries more, it counts as one page for each 250 words or part of them, so a side of about 1,000 words is four pages.
If your document turns out to have more pages than you paid for, we contact you before any work starts. You can pay for the extra pages, agree a revised quote with us, or cancel for a full refund. Nothing is translated until you decide.
Up to four pages can be ordered here. For anything longer, email us and we will quote by reply. The full wording is in our terms, clause 4.
Photograph your document
One clear photo per page, matching the page count you chose. Fill the frame and keep the text sharp — a photo too small to read is flagged before you pay, and we check every page again before translation starts. Your photos stay on this device and are not kept between visits.
NAATI certified or Standard?
Australian government agencies generally expect a translation prepared by a NAATI-certified translator, so it is chosen for you. If a plain translation is all you need, pick Standard — the price above updates either way. What a certified translation looks like shows what arrives.
Click here to know more about Standard and NAATI certified.
Standard is done by a translator or with AI translation tools. It carries no certification statement or stamp, so it suits a copy for your own use, or for a reader who has not asked for certification.
For certified or official purposes, including driving or hiring a car on your licence, choose NAATI certified. A NAATI-certified translator does the translation and certifies it. They may use AI tools to help, in line with NAATI’s position statement on AI, and they check the whole translation against your document before they certify it.
AI tools are used on your order only under settings that stop your documents being used to train them. If you find a mistake, we correct it and re-issue it at no charge. Full wording: terms, clause 2 and clause 12, and our privacy policy.
How soon do you need it?
*ASAP is subject to availability.
Click here to read more about our delivery timeframes.
We start as soon as your order is confirmed. Normal is estimated 3 days, Urgent estimated 12 to 24 hours, ASAP estimated within 4 hours.
Sometimes a translator isn’t available straight away, so an order can take longer. We do not deliver on Sundays: a delivery that would fall on a Sunday arrives on the Monday, and the dates shown already allow for that. These times are indicative, not a promise.
If yours will be late we tell you as soon as we know. If we need clearer photos, or the page count changes, the estimate starts again once that is sorted. We deliver by email as a PDF. Full wording: terms, clause 6.
Proudly digital only
No paper, no posting, no waiting by the letterbox
Straight to your inbox
Your finished translation arrives as a clean, searchable PDF — ready to download, forward, or print if an office asks for paper.
Three speeds, all estimates
Nothing is printed or posted, so there is no delivery to wait for. Urgent aims for 12–24 hours and ASAP aims to deliver within 4 hours where a translator for your language is free; both are estimates, and the order page shows an estimated date against each speed before you pay.
Verifiable with NAATI
Choose NAATI certified and the person receiving it can scan the stamp to confirm your translator’s credential.
