Everything the panel needs, in one form. We verify your certification against the NAATI directory before any work is offered.

1  About you

As it appears on your NAATI credential.
Only used where something is time-critical and an inbox is too slow. Leave it blank and we will only ever email you.
Your credential must be current for every language you list below.

2  How we pay you

Yours, or your company’s or trust’s. Without an ABN on your invoice, the law generally requires us to withhold 47% from any payment over $75.
Payment option You can switch at any time by email, effective from the next period. We ask for your bank details after your application is approved, never before.

3  The panel agreement

One agreement covers the work. It is short, and you can read the Panel Translator Agreement here — it opens in a new tab, so nothing you have typed is lost.

Typing your name here is your electronic signature on the agreement. We record the date and time.

We use what you enter here to assess your application and, if it is approved, to engage you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it. We never ask for bank details until an application is approved.

No CV and no interview. Your stamp stays yours.

What we pay

We agree the fee with you directly. It is confirmed for each job before you take it on, fixed for that job, GST inclusive, and never changes afterwards. A driver’s licence, front and back, is paid as one page.

What happens next

We review your application and check in the NAATI online directory that your credential is current for each language you list, then let you know as soon as possible. We never ask for bank details before an application is approved.

Your stamp stays yours

You certify and stamp your own work, exactly as NAATI intends. We never hold or reproduce a practitioner’s stamp.
