Sweden can give you some records in English itself, and its personal number changes shape with age.
A personbevis in English
The Swedish Tax Agency lists an “Extract from the Swedish Population Register – English text” among its population registration certificates. If that extract covers what your reader needs, order it from Skatteverket and you may not need a translation.

The personnummer
A Swedish personal identity number is the date of birth and four digits, separated by a hyphen that becomes a plus sign from the year a person turns 100. A coordination number adds 60 to the day. Each is copied exactly as printed.
Å, ä, ö, and Swedish from Finland

Europcar’s rental terms accept a licence not in English with “an accurate translation in English of Your current licence issued by the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters (NAATI) that includes a full explanation written in English of any condition to which Your licence is subject and the category of vehicle for which Your licence was issued.” So the category table on the back of your card is translated line by line.
